The house is ideally located, about 2 km from beautiful beaches, while a supermarket is within walking distance. The centre of Budoni is also about 2 km away and offers everything else you may need: shops, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, medical services and much more. During the season, there is a free shuttle service to several beaches; the bus stop is only about 50 metres away. The marina of Porto Ottiolu and San Teodoro can be reached in approximately 5–10 minutes. Olbia Airport is about a 20-minute drive away.

Corsica is also within easy reach: the ferry crossing from Santa Teresa Gallura to Bonifacio takes about 50 minutes.
