Wir durften endlich diese wunderschöne Insel besuchen und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Nicht zuletzt weil wir uns in eurer Wohnung so wohlgefühlt haben, liebe Susanne und lieber Franz. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es begann mit einem herzlichen Empfang, einer sauberen Wohnung und einem immer offenen Ohr während unseres Aufenthaltes seitens Susi und Mauro. Der Pool ist megaschön, die Umgebung schnell und einfach zu erkunden. Tolle Strände und so vieles mehr! Danke an euch als Vermieter für ganz viel Unkompliziertheit. Klare Empfehlung für euer schönes Feriendomizil

Lieber Franz, VIELEN VIELEN DANK für tolle Tage in deiner Ferienwohnung. Du hast dich vor, während und nach dem Urlaub sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet, mit genügend Geschirr, Besteck und allerlei was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und es ist genügend Platz für 6 Personen! Außerdem ist alles sehr neuwertig – Betten groß und bequem, genügend Stauraum in den Schränken, Fliegengitter an allen Fenster und Balkontüren. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert und fand nicht nur bei unseren Kindern Anklang. Eine deutschsprachige Ansprechperson (Harald ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Mensch, z.B. bei der Schlüsselübergabe und ausfallendem Strom). Wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen!! Sehr zu empfehlen!!

This was our first holiday in Sardinia and it won’t be our last! The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Malamuri. We found the ground floor apartment was as it was described…new build, three good sized double bedrooms, great showers in the two bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area but the best was the outside dining area and the fantastic pool! We booked the apartment because of the pool and were not disappointed. It is a great area for relaxing in with a cold beer, reading and cooling down after a day at the beach! The position keeps the sun until late into the afternoon, my favourite time of the day! We travelled with 3 older teenagers who all enjoyed bobbing on inflatables and ‘chilling’ in the pool! Its not a large pool but perfect for what we wanted. A car is essential to give the opportunity to see around the region. The property is about half an hour drive from the airport and easy to find. The local supermarket is well stocked and convenient for essentials, however, we found better value at the MD supermarkets in the local towns. If it’s a beach holiday you are after, you wont be disappointed! So many to choose from. We went as far north as Baja Sardinia (we dropped the ‘youngsters’ at Aquadream water slide park and found some great beaches along from ‘Phi’ beach) and south to Santa Lucia (much quieter than Budoni, San Teodoro or Brandinchi which are all worth a visit) . Don’t miss a drive out to Port Cervo to look with envy at the yachts in the harbour! However, we also enjoyed our evening visits to Porto Ottiolu only 10mins away for evening meals at harbour side restaurants. The local restaurant called Symposium serves very good food and is not expensive. Definitely worth an early visit as the bonus is it has WiFi to satisfy our teenager social media cravings! I even managed to still get a connection from there whilst sat around the apartment pool. One highlight was hiring a RIB with a 40hp outboard from Porto San Paolo. An afternoon spent swimming in the crystal clear waters off the island of Molara will be a long abiding memory. A great holiday!

A lovely, modern house. It is very well equipped with a new kitchen, two very good bathrooms and three good size bedrooms. It has everything you need for a holiday. Just bring beach towels! We are a family of two adults and two children and it was perfect. Spacious but cosy. The house is well situated for easy access to beaches and inland. Very easy journey from Olbia airport. A car is an absolute necessity but you don’t have to drive more than ten minutes to be at any one of the lovely local beaches or the nearby town of Budoni with its bustling night time market. The supermarket is just around the corner and there are a couple of restaurants at the top of the road. The owner is great – easy to contact and ensured there was someone local who popped into make sure we were all OK. Because it is a new house there is some building materials on plots nearby as some houses on the development are not yet built so the view in some directions isn’t great, but that didn’t worry us. There is no air con or wifi. The house has some of the owners belongings and pictures but they make the house welcoming for us – more homely! We were very comfortable and really recommend the house. We stayed for a week.

Das war ein Traumurlaub auf Sardinien, ausser der Costa Smeralda haben wir nur Straßen und Kurven gesehen. 2500km sagen doch alles. Das Haus war ein Traum und es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Das war sicher nicht das letzte mal auf Sardinien. Bei 5 Männern allein gibt es halt keine Probleme…

Es gibt ganz und gar nichts zu meckern. War alles super organisiert und Franz hat immer sofort geantwortet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genießen können. Ich kann es von Herzen nur weiterempfehlen, wenn man seine Ruhe genießen will und Wert auf einen tollen Gastgeber legt. Wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder.

La maison de Franz est toute neuve et super-bien équipée. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans une belle région, et je conseille vivement cette maison. Nous reviendrons peut-être l’année prochaine!

Das Haus von Franz ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden. Die beiden Bäder machen es einem gerade mit Teenagertöchtern einfach. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren nagelneu. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und völlig ausreichend um sich zwischendurch zu erfrischen. Wenn das Haus auch keine Klimaanlage hat, so haben wir nie geschwitzt, da die Veranda nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, so dass man immer die Fenster geöffnet haben kann. Nachts kühlt es deshalb ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Im Vorfeld angenehme Kommunikation, vor Ort super Betreuung.

Zu viert haben wir im Juli/August 2017 drei Wochen an diesem schönen Ort verbracht. Alles hat für uns wunderbar gepasst; neben einer schönen Wohnung in bester Lage mit einem glitzernden Pool wurden wir sehr nett vom Verwalter begrüsst, und wir konnten im Laufe der drei Wochen immer wieder äusserst freundliche Leute kennenlernen die uns z.Bsp. den Pool gereinigt haben, oder aus der Nachbarschaft kamen um mit uns Informationen über den besten Strand, die aktuelle Wetterlage, die besten Restaurants der Gegend, oder Ausflugsziele zu teilen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns hier (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kids) sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist geradezu perfekt: ruhig, aber doch nah an allem. Die Strände und das Land drumherum sind im wahrsten sinne des Wortes traumhaft. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld (Franz), sowie vor Ort (Harald) war sehr angenehm. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!
